Purchased a light up dog collar as a gift, took over the allotted delivery time given to arrive, but did eventually arrive, great looked fairly good quality, gave said collar to it’s recipient for a Christmas gift, sadly after 2 walks the clasp wouldn’t stay clipped in and came undone resulting in the dog coming free from the collar running free..!Contacted the company explaining the situation and asking not for a replacement but a refund as a different collar had already been purchased, waited a week with no reply, chased them again asking for a refund to be told…. a replacement was being delivered instead..Whilst yes it lit up, clearly the clasps are made cheap & collars are more gimmicky than functional, the company do not listen to customers wishes, thankfully the fog in question came to no harm..
