Made an order of 2 pairs of pants and a hat which qualified me for a free pair of socks, the order was over 4 weeks ago, I received an email to say part of my order was ready to be dispatched soon after the order and I then received the hat and socks, I have emailed countless times regarding the trousers and I keep getting the same automated response from Phoebe, you can not speak to a real person and it looks like I won’t be getting my order, hopefully this review saves you the trouble of dealing with this company.
