Update @ 6pm, today 16th December: my order has now been delivered. All appears okay. I’m pleased it finally arrived.My order from 24/11/24 has not arrived. I’ve emailed a few times but just receive an automated response. My tracking link reports that my items were ‘attempted delivery’ on 3 occasions - I don’t believe this is true. The tracking code now says my items are undeliverable. I don’t think I’m going to get my goods or my money back. I emailed to ask where my goods are and I’ve had yet another response from ‘Phoebe’, thanking me for reaching out and asking me to leave a response on trustpilot. I do not recommend this company - items are from China, the 6 day delivery time is a lie.
