I really enjoyed working with Sergio over these past few days as we explored various options for a multi-leg European trip with quite a few moving parts. He was able to provide many different options and alternate routings for my consideration. He also alerted me promptly when he expected a flight to sell out (at the fare class he had quoted) so that I could lock in the final itinerary at a good price. Very smooth working relationship - mainly over email (my preference) with just a few phone calls near the end to resolve the final details.
