My wife contacted this company about their advertised low fares, but each time she asked to book, the price wasn’t actually available. First we were told the cheap options had very long connections, and when we agreed to that, we were then told the seats were gone. Overall, the experience felt misleading and I wouldn’t book with them again.
Awesome experience booking flights from India to Chicago - LuxeSkies team provided multiple options and was patient with specific requests. Parents had a good flight and the concierge service helped book wheelchair etc. highly recommended for business class travel, will be booking again soon. Kudos to the team and all the best!

First, making our air reservations last March for two thru LuxeSkies was easy. Service was quick, Daniel asked the right questions, found options to suit our needs, and called back quickly. They stayed in touch and ticket information was provided as needed. This was a mix of multiple international business and economy flights starting in August 2025 into September 2025. Each booking was right for the leg involved.Second,1 call to LuxeSkies in August and 1 medical emergency ticket cancellation along with a new booking for the same seats for my travel partner’s new cohort were underway. Special shoutouts to Ally Mitchell and Julian Pearl for the cancellation process. Even during their individual personal times off, they shepherded my cancellation through, explored every possible direct refund avenue, and provided perfect documentation for ultimate submission to my trip cancellation company. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Professional, thorough, and pleasant service.
