I'm only giving one star to get this posted. I ordered a wig and wanted to exchange it within the 14-day window. I reached out repeatedly via chat and email but received no response. The 14-day period expired, and I had no reply, so I was forced to keep the wig. The only communication I received was to inform me that my order was on its way. It seems they only promote positive reviews to enhance their image. I cannot recommend them and worry about how many others have faced similar issues.
