I just received my stunning wig and I couldn't be more satisfied! I wasn’t aware that the company was based in China until after I placed my order, which made me a bit nervous. However, I reached out to them with my concerns, and they provided reassurance. Their response time varies; sometimes they reply overnight and other times it takes a few days, but they were apologetic and didn’t charge me extra for my custom order (I needed a size 23”). I placed my order on December 18th and received it on the 29th with free shipping! The hair is absolutely beautiful, exceeding my expectations. Having only used clip-in extensions and halos before, this is a new experience for me. The wig appears longer than the 18” I ordered, which is a bonus. The pink color is perfect, and it’s incredibly soft and silky with no shedding. I will need to customize it with long layers and style it, as it's rare to take a human hair wig out of the package and wear it right away, but as a professional hairdresser, that's no issue for me. I honestly can’t comprehend the negative reviews; perhaps there’s confusion with another company in Australia with a similar name. Don’t hesitate to order from this company! I’m a seasoned professional and tend to be skeptical, but they had a 50% sale that I took advantage of, and honestly, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain. I will definitely be purchasing again from this service!

(Wigs are new for me as I've only used clip-in extensions and halos.) The wig appears longer than the 18” I ordered, which is a pleasant surprise. The perfect pink color is soft and silky with no shedding at all. Of course, I need to customize it (✂️ long layers) and style it, but as a professional hairdresser, that's no issue. I truly don't understand the negative feedback, except there seems to be a similar company causing confusion. Please don’t hesitate to order from this company! As a long-time professional, I'm usually skeptical, but I took advantage of their 50% sale and honestly, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain...👌🏻 I will definitely be ordering again from this service! 😊
I ordered my wig a week ago and haven't heard anything back. It cost 400 USD, and I've tried emailing them with no response or ticket number. I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge, but they say I have to wait a month. This is not a good service.
I am very frustrated with this service! They withdrew money from my account, yet I never received my package. Initially, they responded to my inquiries, but once I mentioned that I hadn't received anything, they stopped replying. It's disappointing for a company that claims to promote well-being and solidarity. I would rate them 0/10. 💩💩💩
I ordered two wigs from the website, but when they arrived, the colors were completely different from what was advertised. I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times but received no response. I definitely do not recommend this service!
I ordered a hair serum and when it arrived, the top was loose and it spilled all over the box. They asked for a review, so I mentioned the issue, but they requested a picture, which I couldn't provide since I had thrown the package away. They did say they would send another, but they took the money for it, so I will let my payment service handle it. Not happy at all.
I'm only giving one star to get this posted. I ordered a wig and wanted to exchange it within the 14-day window. I reached out repeatedly via chat and email but received no response. The 14-day period expired, and I had no reply, so I was forced to keep the wig. The only communication I received was to inform me that my order was on its way. It seems they only promote positive reviews to enhance their image. I cannot recommend them and worry about how many others have faced similar issues.
I wish I could rate them zero. Do not buy anything from this online shop; they are scammers. I tried emailing them several times but rarely received a reply. I even complained to my payment service, and they struggled to contact this shop.
Do not trust this service for any purchases! They are taking customers' money for products and failing to deliver. I ordered items on 11/06/2024 and still haven't received them. I've sent numerous follow-ups and keep getting told they are on the way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
