Wish I could give 0 stars. I had much of the same experience with this company as other people have reviewed below. Spent $81 on hair products and never received tracking information. My consistent emails were met with poor customer service and no resolution. So grateful I used PayPal, they are now fighting the case on my behalf. Please do not buy from this company! Joke of a service.
