Their response time varies; sometimes they reply overnight and other times it takes a few days, but they were apologetic and didn’t charge me extra for my custom order (I needed a size 23”). I placed my order on December 18th and received it on the 29th with free shipping! The hair is absolutely beautiful, exceeding my expectations. Having only used clip-in extensions and halos before, this is a new experience for me. The wig appears longer than the 18” I ordered, which is a bonus. The pink color is perfect, and it’s incredibly soft and silky with no shedding. I will need to customize it with long layers and style it, as it's rare to take a human hair wig out of the package and wear it right away, but as a professional hairdresser, that's no issue for me. I honestly can’t comprehend the negative reviews; perhaps there’s confusion with another company in Australia with a similar name. Don’t hesitate to order from this company! I’m a seasoned professional and tend to be skeptical, but they had a 50% sale that I took advantage of, and honestly, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain.
