I just received a bag for my wife, and the stitching on the side pocket flaps was already coming undone, with about an inch unstitched. When I contacted support, they offered me a different damaged bag or a $100 voucher. Why would I want another damaged item? Tomorrow is Christmas, and I'm in a tough spot. They even suggested I buy another bag. Are they serious? I haven't heard back from them, which is frustrating.
