Review Time
I just received a bag for my wife, and the stitching on the side pocket flaps was already coming undone, with about an inch unstitched. When I contacted support, they offered me a different damaged bag or a $100 voucher. Why would I want another damaged item? Tomorrow is Christmas, and I'm in a tough spot. They even suggested I buy another bag. Are they serious? I haven't heard back from them, which is frustrating.
I have purchased numerous items from the company, and they consistently offer excellent quality! The customer support and communication are superb, with friendly representatives ready to address any questions and resolve any issues. I will keep buying from this company and highly recommend it to my family and friends.
They may deliver quality Knock Offs, but their Email and Text Message barrage is something else! There is NO WAY to ever get them to stop Emailing or Texting you! There should be some form of Criminal Complaint one could file! Where am I supposed to provide the number and email? Definitely not on a public forum
