We ordered and fully paid for a manual pergola with the expectation of a 5 to 7-day delivery since it was in stock. Now, 20 days later, we are still waiting. The courier informed me that they only have one of the five boxes. Despite numerous calls and emails, I still haven’t received a clear answer, and no one from the company has reached out with updates. I would appreciate any communication regarding my order.
