I ordered a canopy, and the delivery faced significant delays due to issues with the shipping service. I was eventually told to pick it up myself and was promised compensation for shipping costs. After arranging a truck to collect it, the company denied reimbursement, stating the pickup was my choice. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and dishonest, and the product quality did not meet my expectations.

Communication was extremely poor. I ordered a motorized awning and paid a deposit in October, along with $590 for delivery. They sent one person to deliver a heavy package, expecting me, an older woman with a disability, to assist. The box was damaged and marked 'returned.' After much hassle, it was sent back with the same delivery issue. It has been nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. The technical department lacked knowledge about the product needed for installation. While the awning looks good, the seller's support and information are severely lacking. If you can find this awning elsewhere, I recommend doing so.
The service was fantastic from the moment I entered their showroom. The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive to my pergola needs. The installation team did an incredible job and even cleaned up afterward. The product functions perfectly, and I’ve received many compliments, so I've recommended them to others. We ordered and fully paid for a manual pergola with the expectation of a 5 to 7-day delivery since it was in stock. Now, 20 days later, we are still waiting. The courier informed me that they only have one of the five boxes. Despite numerous calls and emails, I still haven’t received a clear answer, and no one from the company has reached out with updates. I would appreciate any communication regarding my order.
I’m thrilled with the new carport/pergola. It has a great design and is fairly easy to build, though some installation steps can be a bit confusing. Overall, I love this addition to my pool area and look forward to enjoying it during summer and beyond. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which enhanced the overall experience.
Great company to work with. Although I haven't received my item yet due to the transport service, I can say that they genuinely care. I've had several conversations with them regarding finding a better-priced courier and following up on delays. They are very easy to communicate with.
