The case manager was great—patient and very responsive. However, the chairs ordered from the service developed indentations after just one hour of use, and they never returned to their original shape. The company's policy stated that I could only receive a replacement for the first occurrence, with no option for exchanges or refunds. It was frustrating to think that receiving the same chairs again would yield different results. After spending time demonstrating the issue with photos and videos, we received replacements, but they had the same problem. We had to prove the defect again before finally getting a refund. The entire process stretched nearly four months. I wouldn't recommend this service.
