I placed an order for an accent chair 20 days ago and have yet to receive it. I've been reaching out for the past three weeks, but there's been no clear resolution or proactive updates. This delay and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Recently, I received a call informing me that my delivery was postponed again, from January 21 to January 23. During this call, I was told that if I changed my review rating from 1 star to 4 stars, I would receive $100. I mentioned that I would consider updating my review after receiving compensation and once the issue was genuinely resolved, making it clear that compensation had been offered. However, the representative insisted that I must change the rating first to receive any compensation. This seems like an attempt to manipulate reviews rather than address the actual problem. I am also sharing this review on another platform to alert others about this behavior.
I had a wonderful experience with the company, largely due to the support of the representative. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the entire process seamless, particularly when it came to modifying my order. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service – thank you!
The case manager was great—patient and very responsive. However, the chairs ordered from the service developed indentations after just one hour of use, and they never returned to their original shape. The company's policy stated that I could only receive a replacement for the first occurrence, with no option for exchanges or refunds. It was frustrating to think that receiving the same chairs again would yield different results. After spending time demonstrating the issue with photos and videos, we received replacements, but they had the same problem. We had to prove the defect again before finally getting a refund. The entire process stretched nearly four months. I wouldn't recommend this service.
Grateful for the exceptional support received. My order had some damaged parts, but the team was incredibly efficient and helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Excellent communication made the process stress-free. Great customer service and quality furniture. I highly recommend this service.
