I placed an order for an accent chair 20 days ago and have yet to receive it. I've been reaching out for the past three weeks, but there's been no clear resolution or proactive updates. This delay and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Recently, I received a call informing me that my delivery was postponed again, from January 21 to January 23. During this call, I was told that if I changed my review rating from 1 star to 4 stars, I would receive $100. I mentioned that I would consider updating my review after receiving compensation and once the issue was genuinely resolved, making it clear that compensation had been offered. However, the representative insisted that I must change the rating first to receive any compensation. This seems like an attempt to manipulate reviews rather than address the actual problem. I am also sharing this review on another platform to alert others about this behavior.
