As a member since 2022, I used the service for all my poker transactions. I stopped this year when they introduced outrageous fees. Despite previously spending thousands, I wasn't offered a fee-free plan, and the thresholds for lower fees are completely unrealistic. I instantly switched to cash transactions, which incur no fees. I will never use this service again unless they eliminate fees for deposits and withdrawals.
