This service is completely inadequate. I was advised to exchange from one currency to another to withdraw, but my withdrawal was declined multiple times. Additionally, I had to pay fees for every transaction. Customer support was unhelpful, and I faced numerous disconnections while waiting. I will never use this provider again due to their high costs and poor service.
