Chat (which is very accessible from a laptop, not phone) keep giving different reasons (or no reason) for why funds aren't withdrawing - 6 months after several cancelled withdrawals via several types of withdrawals (there advice) they then ask for PDF statements. Feels like they do everything to keep hold of your funds.
