I honestly didn’t want to come on here and write a review but I’m ever so frustrated.Don’t recommend this company at all, way better other pre loved companies. Purchased a Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM from here it had arrived faulty, the bag I understand already had marks on it etc which is fine because obviously pre loved, one of the tassel had snapped when I got the bag? They said it left the warehouse fine? When it clearly hasn’t. I have been trying to liaise with them. Absolutely awful at communication, they said they will pay 50% towards fixing it but have had heard nothing since, have sent email and messaged on TikTok. Would rather have my refund and send the bag back but apparently they don’t do refunds when the lady on the live said we do take refunds? When I asked. All I want is my refund and for them to take the bag back. Honestly save your coins and shop elsewhere for pre loved!!!
