Beware of Scammers!

Beware of scammers! I placed an order on their website, and during checkout, they added an extra item without my permission for 1,27€ (a small bottle of nail polish), which turned out to be a subscription I never agreed to. I only realized this after three months, having lost about 30€ from my account. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow to address this issue! I hope I successfully unsubscribed (fingers crossed).

Caution: Unethical Practices

You will buy one product and immediately be signed up for direct debit; they claim it's transparent, but it is not! It does not comply with EU laws. Finding your subscription is nearly impossible, as it isn't linked to your original order or profile. They will manipulate you into believing you've made a mistake regarding their subscription terms. They operate outside EU and financial regulations. Beware!

Good Prices but Confusing Membership

I ordered a product, and everything went smoothly. The next month, I was charged half the price of the product again! I was puzzled about what happened, as I received no email. Finally, when logging into the website, I realized I had a subscription? I don't recall agreeing to this, and canceling required multiple confirmations. What a deceptive design!

Perfume Issue

I've never had issues with orders before. This time I ordered three perfumes. Two arrived sealed in plastic, but the third was just in a paper box, indicating it had been opened previously. It's the same brand, so it should have been sealed like the other two.
