And the first 5 sessions were totally.. okay
But 3 skips in a row feels a tad unlikely doesn't it..
Make that 4 cancellations and no refund..

I previously used the clinic in 2023 and their communications and services were good. In June 2024, I received a promotional email with a deal on their Hydrofacial packages. I responded via email with interest. I have all email receipts of the communications where I was bombarded and pestered with follow up emails to pay imminently for the treatment. I paid and as soon as I made the BACS transfer their communication seized. With very little explanation and over the past few months I have been chasing up to book my appointment. In early September I had booked an appointment, which was on 7 September. I emailed during the week on Tuesday 3 September to reschedule my appointment. I kept following up on the 5th September, still no response. I finally got through via phone on the 6th September where I spoke to someone to explain the situation. They promised me they would get back to me within an hour with alternative dates to reschedule. This never happened, so I followed up via email on the 6th. Again zero communication or response from the clinic. On the Saturday 7th September I received an automated email saying that I missed the appointment. Despite my confirmation over the phone from the team that this was going to be rescheduled. It was extremely unprofessional, and I responded to the thread to follow up and explain the situation. I persisted, called up and got through on the 10th September with Anne, over the phone. Anne mentioned that I missed the appointment where I explained the situation that I have been emailing and calling up. Anne's excuse was that they don't receive emails on the weekend (actually even the emails I send during the week were not been responded to, so I do not rate this as an excuse). The other excuse was that Anne has been unwell, which I sympathize with, and that the team are only 3 people and they have 1500/1600 clients. Unfortunately, they missed the ball on multiple occasions via my email and telephone communications. Telling your client that you have that many clients should not be an excuse. It was very disheartening to hear, and an apology was not formally sent other than the promise that the treatments monies would be refunded to me. This would take up to '5 working days' is what I was told. Today it is the 23 September and still no monies/refund have been received. I contacted the clinic on Friday 20 September to explain that the refund had not reached my account. The response was that Anne would check with the bank on Monday. I have emailed today and still no response or contact to and got through. Do not use this company under any circumstance as they clearly have too many clients (is basically what the owner has told me) and do not treat you with the care or service that you expect. It is really disheartening and I will not be using this company in future nor recommending. I have full receipts of everything, and will be making further complaints as this issue is still unresolved. From June/July's Ella and Anne's 5 emails to chase me up to purchase the offer, to now zero communication unless I have to keep emailing, calling up or sending messages on WhatsApp. During this process they kept sending emails regarding promotions, posting on their Instagram. This tells me that something is wrong with how they manage clients and not how you expect to be treated by an aesthetics clinic. Wanting more clients but not treating your current clients well is inexcusable. I hope money is refunded to me, but as it has been so long, I cannot count on it. At least I hope to warn any prospective clients.

Amazing salon, very clean, super knowledgeable & experienced staff. Highly recommended wouldn’t go anywhere else! Laser has changed my life I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of doing it. I used to wish “if I won the lottery” for this sort of treatment but it’s totally affordable.
