Truly terrible customer service! Be cautious! I’ve spent so much time trying to get a refund on the infrared masks, and all I receive are robotic, generic responses! It’s absurd! I’m really frustrated! The products were pricey, and they can’t inform me about their status or shipping timeline, plus they ignore my refund emails! Steer clear of this company! They are awful!
