The customer service is utterly terrible! Proceed with caution! I’ve spent so much time trying to get a refund for the infrared masks, but all I get are generic automated replies! It’s incredibly frustrating! I’m very upset! The products were not cheap, and they can’t provide any details about order status or shipping. They also ignore all my refund emails! Avoid buying from this seller! They’re unreliable!
Not an impressive product. The lid was stuck on the roller, so I had to force it apart. I'm unsure about the serum's effectiveness, but it feels nice on the skin and seems to blend well. Delivery took around 10 days, indicating it likely shipped from overseas. I believe I could find a better deal elsewhere for the same item.

Fraudulent company! I made an error with my order and attempted to correct it, but it was impossible. I reached out to customer service, but they replied once and then ignored me entirely. They proposed a solution, which I accepted, but then they completely stopped responding. The 90-day money-back guarantee is entirely misleading! Don’t waste your money! (Especially after reading other alarming stories about skin issues from their products!)
STEER CLEAR of this fraudulent company! They are not based in the UK as claimed, but in another country. I bought a microinfusion serum kit before realizing this. I would never inject products from an unregulated country into my skin, so I emailed for a refund but received no reply. I’ll attempt to reclaim my money, but I’m not optimistic.
Terrible company, their email replies are robotic and the customer service is awful! The mask caused pain on my face and left marks for hours! Avoid the face sculpting tool if you have fillings, as it feels like electric shocks! They even expect you to pay for return shipping on something unusable!
Terrible quality. Don’t even bother. The IPL LASER does NOT work! I emailed for weeks about a quality issue, but since I discarded the box (not expecting it to be poor), they refused to assist. Now I’m stuck with a useless item. I regret buying from them and advise others to avoid it!
