I placed an order late at night and emailed them in the morning to cancel my order after reading its Chinese cosmetics. Not uk fda approved. They stated it had been in shipping for 7 hrs and couldn't cancel.. they didn't start my order until 2 hrs after I emailed to cancel to be lied to again them saying it was already processed packed and shipped. This was on the 13th today I emailed about the lies as my tracking stated it had been shipped today 2 days later and that if I return it ill get 90 day money back guarantee of store credit or exchange.
