I placed an order on January 4th, and it’s still processing after 14 days with no updates. There’s been no communication, and I haven’t received the item. I’ve tried reaching out through various means with no response. I will have to seek a refund through my bank. I recommend avoiding this company to prevent any hassle in reclaiming your money.
