I suggest steering clear of this company to avoid the trouble of getting your money back.
I attempted to order a rug last week using the discount code at the top of their page, but it didn’t work. I emailed customer support and have yet to receive a response. Now, it’s surprising that the code is no longer available on their website! This is disappointing customer service. Treat your customers well; a good experience would encourage returns!
The entire process has been lengthy. I ordered something for a Christmas gift in mid-November, and after several weeks with no delivery, I was informed a replacement was being sent due to it being 'lost.' This replacement finally arrived two weeks later, shortly after I opened a dispute with my bank. The only positive aspect was that customer service was pleasant when I contacted them.
I had a problem with an item arriving damaged, and they promptly sent a replacement after I reached out. They even followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the new item. Such care is rare these days. A big thank you to the team for their excellent handling of the situation!
This is an update to my earlier review. The company's response regarding my legally entitled refund is unbelievable! They suggested I could receive a full refund if I remove my negative feedback. They claim to offer hassle-free returns, but my experience has been anything but. I returned two pairs of curtains that were inaccurately represented online. I had to chase for my refund days after confirmation of receipt. When I finally got a refund, it was only for one pair, and now they aren’t responding to my emails about the other pair. This company seems dishonest, hoping customers won’t notice or will give up when they don’t get replies. After my last email, they said I had been refunded but asked me to remove the negative review, which was not true.
