i played what they called free spin from zero i won just $150 and withdraw it. then wheb i came to play again that time i have a VIP points which worth almost $100 but i was so surprised when they hold and liock my account so i cant redeem my pounts to play. i feel so bad for ive been ive been platying to this onoine casino for a long time i had put money on it nore than my winnungs.
they put redeem points as a selection but i cant redeem it.. feel so bad about this and you cant ask a second question if you tried to talk to their support.
