Excellent company. Have bought several watches all transactions were super smooth and all watches were as reported or better.This review is about service. My last purchase came with a 2 year warranty. 18 months in the watch was running -10. I text Alex who always answers very quickly as he did this time too. Told him the situation and he told me to send it in for service.I received via email a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to pack the watch. Alex said it would take 2 weeks. 12 days later I had a tracking number and the next day my watch and a record of the service performed.For the 8 hours I have worn it, the watch is keeping great time and I am sure if there is an issue they will stand behind it.Luxury Bazaar is a very professional company that delivers. Shipping each way had to be at least $100 that they paid for. Impressive to say the least.If you are considering buying or servicing with them don't hesitate. I already have my next watch picked out that Alex is looking for. Thanks again Alex and Luxury Bazaar. Kudos!
