I ordered two bed sheet sets that came in damaged packaging and did not match the product description. When I tried to return them, I faced delays and inconsistent responses. After disputing with my credit card company, I got a return label and sent everything back. The company claimed one set wasn't returned, which is untrue. I have proof to support my return. I also tried to leave a review, but it seems customer feedback is controlled by the company, limiting balanced reviews. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
