First time booked with Luxury Holiday last year after a friend's recommendations and could not travel due to travel restrictions. I got my refund with minimal hassle and have now booked again with them to go end of the year. Very excited and hoping we can go this time. 🤞

Thank you Luxury holidays for the outstanding service! I booked my honeymoon to Dubai and Maldives with them and I have to say that package provided by them was 1) Cheaper than their competitors 2) additional extras + upgrades 3) excellent communications when amendments needed to be made. In all honesty, I cant fault them one bit. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you guys once again for arranging such an awesome honeymoon for me and my wife.
I have been using Luxury Holidays/Value Added Travel for a few years now and always get good service and best prices. Booked a last minute deal to Dubai with some friends of ours last year and we were all a bit worried travelling during a pandemic but we really enjoyed it. The hotel was not crowded so we did not feel unsafe at any point and were actually able to go to Dubai Mall and eat in restaurants without much restrictions so it was a nice change from here and felt relaxing. We even ended up staying an extra few nights as we were having such a good time.
I understand that we leave in hard times for everyone at the moment because of the pandemic and I don't know about others but my experience so far with Luxury Holidays has been great. I've booked my honeymoon last year to go in June 2021 to Mauritius but because I had to postpone my wedding to 2022, I had to change my dates for my honeymoon too for 2022 :(( . So I called and managed to speak with a guy called Sol who managed to find me a better deal than the one booked last year so I can say that I was lucky he he. He sounded so professional and helpful. I am not giving 5 stars only because I am waiting to see how my honeymoon in Mauritius will be (fingers crossed it will happen in 2022) and if everything will be as planned I will come back to give them 5 stars :D. Booked with Luxury Holidays/Value Added Travel and was originally meant to go in summer 2020 but could not go because of travel restrictions. They managed to rebook me for the same summer rate to go in November which was coming out more expensive on other websites. The holiday was a much needed break away for me and my family.Only thing I would say is that the response time was a little slow compared to booking instantly online but the bloke was honest with me and told me they were under a lot of pressure with the pandemic and everyone changing dates so I can understand the delay as well.
I had a really great experience with luxury holidays. They helped me plan my perfect holiday and in what has been a challenging year for most, they have helped me move my holiday twice now with ease and clear communication throughout. I will be using them for all my future holidays
