We are travelling with a group of 6 people going to Vietnam. At the Seattle airport they noticed that 2 of our Evisa were incorrect and would not let us board the flight. I was stuck in Seattle while my Visa was still processing and had to use this service to board my flight. Although the fee is painful, the service was excellent and immediate. It was Lunar New year holiday and no one can help me with Visa but Jasmin helped me and take care of my new Visa! It is expensive but Jasmine delivered all I need as promised. If you need Visa urgently but no one can help you at the airport I recommend her. Great service!

Found out I needed a visa application at the airport check in gate 30 mins before drop off closed (thought I could do it upon entry to Vietnam). I spent about 15-20 minutes looking at options and for websites before I found this site and got in contact through WhatsApp.
It was very expensive and felt overpriced but as soon as I called they were very helpful and fast at getting the information needed to and from me via email and WhatsApp, with 10 minutes left to check bags they got a visa application to me as soon as I approved after payment.
Would not have made it without their help. They have also arranged for someone to meet me at the airport (I didn't ask) to speed up and simplify the visa process once I arrive.
Great customer service and very efficient but quite expensive, although compares evenly to some of the other options I found. If you're travelling, book a week ahead!

I left my partner and kids 1 year ago, returning to Australia to get urgent medical treatment for stage 4 cancer.
Since then I spent everything I have on a new passport airline tickets, visa and taxis to airport to see my partner and kids again.
Apron arrival I was detained and a very unhelpful visa agency representative told me I have no visa
I am now stranded in HCM airport and told I cannot enter the country and will be expected to get the next flight back to Australia- in 2 days
I hope you refund my visa cost of $450 for your FAKE visa

fastest service reliable and excellent results. the government had misspelled my name on their issued visa. i was literally stuck at the check in counter at airport with 30mins cut off time i was sure i was going to have to rebook my flight but they made it happen within 15mins and i checked in at the last minute!!

On departing from Singapore to Vietnam, the check-in staff refused my visa - somehow it had been issued with one letter missing from my surname. I contacted, via WhatsApp, the number on the govt visa website and got through to Jasmine of Go Vietnam Visa. I had to pay a high price for a new emergency visa, but Jasmine communicated with me constantly until an emergency visa was issued. A representative then met me at the landing visa area in Hanoi and assisted me in downloading the visa on my phone so that I had no problems entering Vietnam. The help was efficient and invaluable. Highly recommended.
