Excellent service provided by Monika and Greg from start to finish. Both provided a smooth experience bringing our pet cat back to the UK from South Africa. Greg went out his way to make the journey from Frankfurt to drop off at Gatwick as comfortable as possible, not only for our cat, for us and our 2 children as we relocated back to the UK - most definitely the VIP experience.
