Our experience with Monika and Greg gave us real peace of mind during our move from Copenhagen to London.
My partner and I's situation in Denmark changed quickly, and I reached out to Luxury Pet Taxi with last-minute dates. Monika replied very quickly to confirm availability and pricing, and she followed up with detailed information about the UK’s entry requirements to make sure everything would go smoothly for our pets.
Once we confirmed the booking, she kept us updated on their departure from the UK and their planned pickup time in Copenhagen. When Monika and Greg arrived, their friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and it was clear that they truly have a passion for what they do.
On the day of the move, we had to fly directly from Copenhagen to London and were unable to travel with our pets. To put us at ease, Monika shared their live location the entire time and sent many photos along the way, including of the pets settling into the hotel room where they stopped for the night. The next day, she sent updates as they crossed the Eurotunnel so we knew everything was going smoothly at the border crossings, and kept us updated on their arrival time in London. They even helped carry some of the pet supplies into our Airbnb.
I would highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi if you want to feel confident that your pets are being looked after by people who truly care. Denmark to London is quite the distance, but they were more than willing to make it happen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Greg drove my Uma and I from London to Geneva… and I cannot praise him and Monika (who emailed beforehand) enough. True excellence- from the impeccable customer service, to the fantastic car…. We were in the best hands. I was a little anxious about a long journey with Uma who’s not too fond of cars, but it went as smooth as can be and everything has exceeded my expectations. This company are amazing ! It’s so rare to find a trustworthy operation these days that you can rely on but they really do go the extra mile! We had gone through all kinds of dramas including our campervan breaking down and called Monica to see if she could help and she organised the whole thing ! Sometimes you need a kind word especially when your plans have gone so wrong … and she made me feel safe and cared for. Also the driver Constantine was so friendly and helpful and kept in communication throughout so we knew he would be waiting ! This was my second time traveling with Monika and Greg, and once again they were absolutely wonderful. What could have been a very stressful day was made much easier thanks to their help and professionalism. Monika reminded me of crucial details regarding our journey with my dog, which saved us a lot of hassle on the day.Greg traveled with us through snow and rain from Hamburg to London and, as always, made the journey comfortable by providing refreshments in his lovely car and stopping whenever we needed a toilet break or anything else. We also spent a long time at immigration, but Greg was very patient and waited with us!They are truly exceptional. I will always choose them to transport my dog and me between the EU and the UK because I completely trust them to provide the best possible service — and my dog clearly trusts Greg too!
