Once we confirmed the booking, she kept us updated on their departure from the UK and their planned pickup time in Copenhagen. When Monika and Greg arrived, their friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and it was clear that they truly have a passion for what they do.
On the day of the move, we had to fly directly from Copenhagen to London and were unable to travel with our pets. To put us at ease, Monika shared their live location the entire time and sent many photos along the way, including of the pets settling into the hotel room where they stopped for the night. The next day, she sent updates as they crossed the Eurotunnel so we knew everything was going smoothly at the border crossings, and kept us updated on their arrival time in London. They even helped carry some of the pet supplies into our Airbnb.
I would highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi if you want to feel confident that your pets are being looked after by people who truly care. Denmark to London is quite the distance, but they were more than willing to make it happen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
