While the cars arrived ok the owner promised the dates we needed up front - charged us double the national standard to have those specific dates- then once cars were on their way we were told they would be delivered days too soon without us being there. He then gaslit us saying those dates weren’t promised even when presented with recorded proof. He basically hires random people to take the cars, while promising luxury shipping. Our BMW and classic car was picked up by a truck that had been in an accident and a driver who needed a translation app - leaving us anxious from the get go. Then they were dropped off four days early - we were sent pics but were left without us being there ***Regarding the owner’s response to my review. I have never left a bad review in my entire life. As an entrepreneur myself I always give the benefit of the doubt to business owners. However in this case you should be ashamed of yourself. We specifically needed the dates because we were hauling horses and they can only do 5 hours a day - so we were clear (and have the recordings that you sent) that we needed them delivered once we arrived and not before because we hadn’t closed on our property and wanted to be there to accept delivery. You berated our assistant who helped coordinate and were highly unprofessional. This review is to inform those that are willing to pay double for specific dates to not trust you. ****never offered a discount whatsoever. That’s a complete lie. I’m also being honest here and not “critical”. The cars arrived in tact and I acknowledged that and for that I’m grateful. I’m simply sharing my experience of being charged double for specific dates and not getting them. Also your “representative” J told me he was the co-owner and since I never asked for a discount nor was I offered one I’m at a loss. FYI Owner redacted their multiple original responses. Very shady.
