Hugely poor experience all round. From a total lack of communication, product not arriving on specified date (even though I paid more for guaranteed delivery). Still waiting more than 2 weeks later. To then hugely disappointing customer service.No accountability or offer of recompense. Not even taking into consideration that I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery. STEER WELL CLEAR of ordering from this company and don't buy products.Might also be worth adding Luxus Love has a disproportionate number of 5-star reviews from people who have only rated them, which could raise suspicions about the authenticity of those reviews. The fact that these reviews don’t show any other activity from the users might suggest that these reviews are, in fact, fabricated or incentivised to counteract negative feedback.I wish I had read some of the reviews/comments on this site, before wasting my time, effort and money.
