I ordered a leather bracelet for my husband with our children’s names on. The pictures looked amazing and I paid over £50 for it, which I felt was expensive. It took four weeks to arrive and I am so disappointed with the finish. The third name on the bracelet isn’t straight. It looks awful - really shoddy which is such a shame because the bracket itself is pretty good quality actually. I’ve contacted the company to ask them to rectify this… I just hope they do.
Hugely poor experience all round. From a total lack of communication, product not arriving on specified date (even though I paid more for guaranteed delivery). Still waiting more than 2 weeks later. To then hugely disappointing customer service.No accountability or offer of recompense. Not even taking into consideration that I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery. STEER WELL CLEAR of ordering from this company and don't buy products.Might also be worth adding Luxus Love has a disproportionate number of 5-star reviews from people who have only rated them, which could raise suspicions about the authenticity of those reviews. The fact that these reviews don’t show any other activity from the users might suggest that these reviews are, in fact, fabricated or incentivised to counteract negative feedback.I wish I had read some of the reviews/comments on this site, before wasting my time, effort and money. I hope this is useful to others and goes along way to saving you money.
If I could would be zero rating please stay well clear of this rip off company. Items received are rubbish quality. send them back recorded delivery is a waste of time because they don't bother to acknowledge anything including emails. Hopefully if you are a customer don't waste your money on inferior products and as fir getting your money just throw it down the drain stay clear please
