We ordered a sofa that arrived 2 months ago. They were supposed to send the cleaning fluid, but it was missing. We reached out to them, and they promised to send it. Time went by, and when we inquired again, we received an email saying it was on its way. Now, after about 2 months, the cleaning fluid has yet to arrive, and it's becoming quite frustrating.
