Review Time
This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had.
I ordered a bed with a stated delivery time of 2–3 weeks. In reality, it took almost 8 weeks to arrive. During that time, I had to send multiple emails and call customer service repeatedly. I was told several times that I would receive a callback — which never happened. I always had to call again myself.
When a delivery date was finally scheduled (between 14:00 and 18:00), I waited the entire day at home. No one came, and I was not informed of any delay. The bed was eventually delivered at 19:00. By that point, I had already dismantled my old bed and had no place to sleep.
After assembling the new bed, we discovered that it was defective. The inner construction does not properly fit into the slatted frame support, which means the slatted frame cannot be secured or lifted correctly. The mattress moves every time you lie down. Additionally, only partial assembly instructions were included.
Customer service then offered an exchange but refused to provide dismantling and reassembly — even though they offer assembly services on their website for an additional fee. As this is clearly a warranty case involving a defective product, I expected a solution without additional burden.
To make matters worse, I was 38 weeks pregnant during this entire process and have now given birth. I am currently at home with my newborn and still dealing with delays and organizational stress. The forwarding company was supposed to contact me for the exchange — but has not done so.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, delivery delays, and refusal to provide a reasonable solution in such a sensitive situation have been extremely disappointing.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I ordered a sofa at the end of November and nearly three months later I still have no delivery, no tracking code, and no real proof that my order even exists. Every week I receive the same copy‑paste message claiming that my sofa is “in the warehouse in Hanover” and “will be shipped next week,” yet nothing ever happens.
My online account hasn’t shown a single update since the day I placed the order — not even a basic automated status change. For a company of this size, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.
I have contacted customer service multiple times. I was promised a tracking code “as soon as DHL picks it up,” but DHL does not take weeks to collect a shipment. Their explanations simply do not add up. I even received a phone call saying my order would be marked as urgent, yet still no progress.
I am in my eighth month of pregnancy, I have a one‑year‑old child, and living without a sofa for this long has made daily life unnecessarily difficult. Instead of support, I keep getting vague excuses and empty promises. At this point, I feel like I am being misled.
Unless this company provides immediate, verifiable proof that my sofa is ready for dispatch — including an actual tracking number — I will have no choice but to cancel the order and request a full refund.
I am sharing my experience here because I want other customers to be aware of what they might be dealing with. I truly hope the company finally takes this seriously.
If there was zero, then I would put 0. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; I ordered bed start of December with delivery time 4 weeks, it is mid of February and nothing has been received. Only AI bots are replying with irrelevant info and there is no way to contact them. E-mails and whatsapp messages are being ignored, there is no one to communicate via phone. SUCH A SCAM COMPANY
I ordered a bed from Luxusbetten24 on 27 November, with a stated delivery time of 3–4 weeks.
After the initial delivery window passed, I had to contact them myself. I was told delays were due to Black Friday and Christmas sales and that delivery would be mid-January. While disappointing, I accepted this explanation.
Now it is late January, and the situation has only worsened: phone contact is no longer possible, emails result in vague responses, my case was “escalated to a specialist team” with a promised response in 3–5 working days — no response came.
Today I was informed that my order is “still being processed by the manufacturer” and that Luxusbetten24 cannot obtain binding status information or a delivery timeline from them.
Most concerning: the company has now admitted they do not even have clear status information from their own manufacturer. This means they cannot tell me where my bed is, whether it is finished, or when it might realistically ship, more than 8 weeks after purchase.
For a company selling premium-priced products, this level of service and organisation is shocking.

We got the new sofa 5 days ago, and within just 2 days, there was already a crack. A sofa should be comfortable, but now we feel anxious every time we sit on it. This situation is affecting our peace of mind. We emailed about the crack, but they haven't responded. I strongly advise against purchasing from here.
WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE! We placed an order for a couch three months ago, and it has never arrived! Customer service pretends to assist, but ultimately, the order won't be delivered. Their apologies are automated responses, as I've sent numerous emails and called, but I still have no information on my couch's whereabouts. Please do not trust them; they are misleading and do not fulfill orders.
This company is the worst. Our couch broke within two months of ordering, and despite informing them about our toddler, they delayed sending the replacement request. We were told it would take 4-7 weeks for the new sofa to arrive. After seven weeks, we followed up and were told it was 'in production' with no further updates. We have been without a sofa for three months now, and attempts to contact them have been futile. We finally received an email saying we'd get an update in 2 days, but here we are, 5 days later, with no news. This company is making my life very difficult!
We ordered a custom-designed bed from this seemingly nice website. Unfortunately, the appealing pictures do not reflect the quality or customer service. Our bed arrived damaged; the velvet board was not wrapped and got scratched and dirty during transport. Additionally, part of the mattress was never delivered! After multiple attempts to reach out, we were told they would update us on the damaged item and the missing mattress, but they never did! We continue to call and email daily with no response. I would never order from this site again and do not recommend dealing with this company.
