We received a sofa in June that broke within 2 months. It took 3.5 months to get a replacement, despite informing them about having a toddler at home. We got the new sofa 5 days ago, and within just 2 days, there was already a crack. A sofa should be comfortable, but now we feel anxious every time we sit on it. This situation is affecting our peace of mind. We emailed about the crack, but they haven't responded. I strongly advise against purchasing from here.
