I had initially emailed regarding some swatches I placed an order for, but was unaware that they were not currently in stock and would take some time to ship out. Therefore I got in contact with Mikayla whom was able to help me regarding this issue. I did not want to purchase extensions unless I knew I had the right colour, but she ensured me that she would help me with a return option if I ordered two different sets of extensions in different colours. I did that, and true to her word she was able to help me with a return label for the extensions that were not right for me. Overall a very smooth experience, and very quick and helpful service from Mikayla!
