This is my third order of Luxy Hair extensions, and unfortunately, it was by far the most disappointing. The test swatch included in the box did not match the actual extensions, and since the box was opened, the order is non-refundable. I always order Off Black, which has matched my hair perfectly in the past, but this set is clearly a medium to dark brown. I almost believe the wrong color was sent, but the box is labeled Off Black, so I’m not sure what went wrong. Now I’ll have to spend hundreds of dollars to have this halo professionally colored to match my hair, which is incredibly frustrating.On top of that, there are so many broken pieces throughout the extension, it honestly looks like it has already been worn for six months. Extensions I’ve owned from Luxy for years have held up better than this. Sadly, I will not be purchasing from Luxy again, and I’ll be looking for a new, more reliable brand, as the quality has clearly gone downhill.
