I am truly dissapointed in my 4th purchase from Luxyhair as the ponytail extensions that I bought came wikth 3 attachment clips iinstead of one so it absolutely impossible for me to put it no matter how times I tried it just looks very unkempt and uneven because the extra two clips makes impossible to tie around with according the the YouTube video. Hence I contacted the CSR with photos as proof and they confirmed its a faulty product and only 1 clip attachment is supposed to be on it. Not only they sent me a faulty product but they expect me to pay for international postage and return it, wait for a refund then order a new one. The reason they gave for not offering a free return is because the box and sealed is open. So how am i going to try on the extension and notice it does not work with 3 clips if I do not open it to try?? Make it make sense. Its not a usual return since this is wholly their mistake for sending a faulty product. This is very bad customer service and I also bought the extension for an event that I was planning to wear it and now I have nothing else to replace it. And yet LuxyHair expect me to pay for return international shipping.
