I am in the UK and spent £600 on an order. At checkout it said all duty and taxes included. Then on arrival i was told to pay £72 in duty fees. They messed up the order and i paid over £94 for an item they didn't have in stock. I am still awaiting a refund for this item. Now down a further £72 so charged twice for duty as they've already took that money off me. No reply in emails and can't generate a return as the system they've used has messed up the stock picking and hasn't marked it as not dispatched when it has been shipped. The hair was two different colours and has what looks like burnt ends. I am livid!!! £164 overcharge!!!!
