First off I want to thank the Luxy hair team for being so understanding instead of making a situation more difficult. In 2022 I ordered extensions from them and eventually had to leave the state for my grandmas funeral where we stayed for a bit while my mom and uncles went through my grandmothers belongings, spent time cleaning out her home and just being in the presence of each others company during this time. I had honestly forgotten about my order as at no point did I really have much time to remember since I had to be there for my mom who took it the hardest and was a sad trip out of state. Later and I mean much much much later I check my purchase history and cannot believe I had completely forgotten about my order and immediately reached out to see what could’ve been done. And the team was so supportive and compassionate I feel like there’s just not enough companies who want to understand. I have ordered another pair of extensions back in January from this company I received my order of course and I kid you not I’m still using them for special occasions- to this for the holidays even! I got my previous replacement order and just decided to get hair care products instead as I was curious to see what they had to offer and I do not regret anything I got. Everything is beautiful and soft and makes my hair feel so smooth, they’re easy to use and the heat protectant spray I received did not have any harsh chemicals to dry my hair out. Every product is worth it! I love the quality of everything I received and I already recommend this brand every time I get complimented on my hair and truly will continue to do so! TLDR: This brand is superior in every single possible way!
