Such nasty hair extensions I received. They have the nastiest smell and no matter how much I washed them use clarifying shampoo it won’t go away! Tried to get help from the company was told they could only help me if I provided the serial number that came with packaging of the extensions. I threw it away . They used this excuse to not help me. That’s a tactic they will use just in case keep your box. I order the jet black set full price. The set has blonde hair mixed with the black. It looks like I have grey hairs it’s a mess and a lot of the hair in the clip in was cut at the top! This creates a lot bulk in the hair extensions and can’t make it look flat on the head. Beware because if you dye this hair extensions it will become a matted mess! I would choose to go to a hair stylist and get hair extensions from as it just a pricey and you get better quality. Don’t ever buy this full price or close to full price they are not worth it.
