I ordered one item. I received it and I also received another item addressed to me. I was confused so I opened it. I noticed they were extensions and I looked for a slip and I found it. The name on the slip was not mine but the bag it came in was under my name. I reached out to their customer service team and Trish was not helpful and was rude. I now have to pay for printing a label and taking time out of my day to return a package. I’m so upset with this company since I got a sample to first test out the color. I really wanted to buy if it was a match so I could use the extension for my wedding. Since they are one of the few companies that carry dark grey extensions. I don’t find it fair how now I am stuck with their bad business practice and they can’t even send a packaging slip yet I have to “figure it out and print it”. They offered me $30 coupon for my next purchase and when I told them my concern about how I am now afraid of buying since this happened before i purchased any full extensions. It’s crazy that I have to go out of my way to do all that for a return for something that was delivered to me and even addressed to me. All for a coupon of $30 dollars and then also when I told her about having to pay to print out the label she very rudely said I can happily do $20. Like what????
