Horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Hair clumps and knotts together 1 hour after wearing. I wish I could attach pictures to this review...I have invested so much money into my halo extensions and they are garbage. When I reached out to the company explaining how I care for them, all the products I use all they suggested was to wash them less. I have washed them twice and the reason for the washes was because they were so matted i couldn't brush them.They offered me a $40 credit or $60 off a new set and since then, I have not heard back from them. These extensions are hundreds of dollars, the offer amount is actually insulting. Over all... horrible quality, horrible customer service and horrible experience.
