Luxy’s Customer Service Team is top notch! Especially the Expert/Colorist, Haven! I am a Hairdresser. My Client was going to an annual fund raiser and wanted to wear a faux ponytail. I would have to color the ponytail to match her hair. I researched and Luxy checked all my boxes. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong color.
